He is widely traveled India and abroad in connection with the investigation cases. He enjoys very good reputation among the state functionary at different levels. Though, he carries a big network throughout, his keen interest and personal devotion keeps every investigation as special case with high precision. Cdr Rakesh Pandey (Retd), 46yrs, is an accomplished professional with a vast expertise of over 23 yrs operations management, planning, intelligence gathering, training and development in the Indian Navy. Enriched valuable experience at Cabinet Secretariat. A well balanced human having knack for handling difficult situations with suave and finality, mutually beneficial for all parties. His undying commitment towards work, always ready to take on newer challenges, bandwidth and versatility goes a long way in benefiting organization. An alumni of St Joseph's graduated from Ewing Christian College, Allahabad in 1982. Acquired MSc (Telecom), PGDBM from MDI, Gurgaon and Six Sigma Green Belt holder. He played football at Junior Nationals, Services and physically and mentally alert.
